Q: Do you guys do swaps..?
A: We do consider swap offers.
However, whether we accept your offer is entirely up to us.
Do note that item value is increased by $3 SGD for swaps.
Q: How long do we have to wait for the items to arrive for sprees? I cannot stand the long wait!
A: Most sprees take about 4 weeks or at most 6 weeks. However certain sprees can drag on to the 10th week. This is not within our control.
Q: Can OOS items be requested for a restock?
A: Yes. However, it is subject to the factory's availability.
